All of CORNILLEAU table tennis tables include a comprehensive warranty plan. Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. Our warranties include the wearing down of various parts such as wheels, feet, net, net bracket, and post. Our weatherproof and shockproof outdoor tables are backed up by a ten-year warranty plan, while our indoor tables are backed up by a three years plan. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors such as errors found in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing errors must be approved by CORNILLEAU after which the customer receives a free repair or a new product. Product Warranty does not apply when CORNILLEAU SAS cannot find any product malfunction, or when the customer has caused the damage itself. Product Warranty does not apply to handling errors, malfunctions, or damage that occurs during or after your own change in the product's function and appearances. Examples of this are re-building, upgrading, or applying an additional configuration to the product. The customer's invoice or receipt is a valid proof of purchase. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your purchase.
10 year warranty
The warranty starts on the day of purchase and applies to all outdoor tables. This warranty applies to all table parts excluding wheels, posts, and nets. We guarantee our outdoor table tops will last against any distortion, peeling or fading of white stripes.
3 year warranty
The warranty starts on the day of purchase and applies to both indoor and outdoor tables.
The warranty is limited to the supply of defective parts/components approved by our customer service team and is not applicable in case of damages caused by:
- Normal part wear
- Wrong assembly of the part (by the customer or a third party)
- Lack of maintenance
- Use of corrosive products for maintenance
- If the safety and user guidelines have not been properly followed
- If the table collapses due to strong wind in a folded position
- If the table has been put upside down or carried alone
- Any other external factor non-related to the quality of the table
Use of Guarantee - Please send an inquiry to Cornilleau via email describing the defect and stating the full reference and serial number of the table. (These can be found on the top right corner underside the tabletop). Please also provide pictures of the damage and purchasing history.
